These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of https://www.threecountysepticpros.com (the "Site") and to requests you make by phone or through the Site. The Site is operated by Intercontinental Global Industries LLC, doing business as Three County Septic Pros ("Three County Septic Pros," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we do and what we don't

Three County Septic Pros is a referral service. We help homeowners and property owners get in touch with independent local septic professionals.

We are not a septic contractor. We do not:

• perform septic pumping, repair, installation, inspection, or any other septic work;
• employ septic technicians or send crews or trucks;
• set the scope, price, or schedule of any work;
• issue estimates, invoices, or service agreements.

Any septic work is done by an independent septic professional. That professional sets their own terms, pricing, and schedule, and is solely responsible for their work.

Pages on the Site that describe septic services (such as pumping, repair, drain field work, installation, and inspection) describe the kinds of work local professionals may offer. They are general information, not an offer by us to do that work.

3. How requests work

When you call us or submit a request through the Site:

• You are asking us to help connect you with independent septic professionals who serve your area.
• You agree that we may share the details of your request (for example your name, phone number, email, service address, county, and a description of what you need) with one or more of those professionals, so they can contact you about your request.
• Phone calls to (910) 983-8484 may be forwarded to an independent professional. Calls may be recorded for quality and lead-handling purposes.
• During our initial period of operation, we may review requests before referring them.
• We or a professional may follow up with you by phone or email about your request.

Submitting a request does not create any agreement between you and us to perform work, and it does not obligate you to hire anyone. If you choose to hire a professional, any agreement about the work, its price, and its schedule is only between you and that professional.

We may decline to refer a request at our discretion. For example, we may decline if it is outside New Hanover, Pender, or Brunswick County, incomplete, or appears to be inaccurate or not genuine.

4. No emergency service. No guarantees.

• We do not provide emergency or 24/7 service. If you face an immediate danger to health or safety, contact the appropriate emergency services or local authorities.
• We do not guarantee that a professional will be available, will contact you, or will respond within any particular time.
• We do not guarantee the price, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work done by a professional.

5. Independent professionals

Septic professionals you are connected with are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not supervise or control their work. Before hiring anyone, you are responsible for deciding whether they are right for your job. That includes asking about licensing or certification, insurance, pricing, and any written terms they offer.

Any concerns about a professional's work, pricing, scheduling, or conduct should be raised directly with that professional. You are also welcome to tell us at info@intercontinentalglobalindustries.com.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• give accurate contact and property information, and only submit requests for a property you own or are authorized to act for;
• not submit false, fraudulent, or someone else's information;
• not misuse the Site. For example, do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or scrape or copy its content for commercial use.

7. Age requirement

You must be 18 or older to use the Site or submit a request.

8. Privacy

9. Site information

Information on the Site is general information about septic systems and services. It is not professional, engineering, or legal advice for your property. Have a qualified professional evaluate your specific situation.

10. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Third-party links and tools

The Site may use third-party tools (for example, form and analytics tools) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and our referral service are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no warranty about any professional or any work they perform.

13. Limitation of liability
